Download

Download GT SEO Studio Connector 0.1.0. Download the ZIP here. Keep it zipped for WordPress installation. This package is not a WordPress.org directory listing.

Platform: seo.gabbystech.com.

Before you start

Step 1 — Install and activate

  1. Download gt-seo-connector-0.1.0.zip from the link above.
  2. Sign into your website’s WordPress Admin.
  3. Open Plugins → Add Plugin → Upload Plugin. Some WordPress versions call this Add New.
  4. Click Choose File, select the ZIP, then Install Now.
  5. When installation finishes, click Activate Plugin.
  6. Open Tools → GT SEO Connector. The installed plugin name is GT SEO Studio Connector.

If the plugin is already installed and active, skip installation. For a WordPress installation at your domain root, its settings URL is https://YOUR-DOMAIN/wp-admin/tools.php?page=gt-seo-connector. If WordPress is in a subfolder, include that subfolder before /wp-admin/.

Step 2 — Sign into SEO Studio

  1. Open SEO Studio.
  2. If you do not have an account, enter your email and a password of at least 12 characters, then click Create an account.
  3. Open the verification email, follow its link, and sign in. Check spam if it does not arrive.
  4. Show / Hide changes password visibility only; it does not change your password.

Step 3 — Create the website project

  1. In SEO Studio, click Connect a site or open Connected sites → Connect WordPress.
  2. Enter a project name, such as JobsFreelance.
  3. Enter the website’s actual HTTPS address, such as https://jobsfreelance.net.
  4. Click Create project.
  5. In Pair your WordPress site, copy the connector key before closing the dialog. It is shown only once.
  6. Use the platform address https://seo.gabbystech.com.

Screenshot: an earlier local demonstration workspace showing the same navigation. Its counts and score are examples, not your website’s current results. Always use the live platform address above.

Step 4 — Pair WordPress

  1. Return to your website’s WordPress Admin → Tools → GT SEO Connector.
  2. In Platform address, enter https://seo.gabbystech.com — no /wp-admin, /api, or other path.
  3. In Connector key, paste the key for this website’s project.
  4. Click Save connection.
  5. A saved connection is not yet proof of a successful pairing. Test it by syncing in Step 5.

The connector key is not your NVIDIA API key, PayPal key, or SEO Studio password. Keep it private. Do not include it in screenshots, support messages, or public pages.

Step 5 — Sync and confirm

  1. On the same WordPress connector screen, click Sync published content.
  2. Wait for the success notice and record count.
  3. Check Last sync below the button.
  4. Return to SEO Studio → Connected sites. Your project should show Synced.
  5. Select that project when working with audits or drafts.

Sync sends published WordPress posts, pages, and WooCommerce products, including their URL, title, content, SEO title, and description. It does not sync unpublished drafts or arbitrary custom post types such as job listings. Shortcodes and page-builder markup may require editorial review because this release reads stored content rather than crawling rendered pages.

Step 6 — Run a content audit

  1. Open Audits & reports in SEO Studio.
  2. Select your project.
  3. Click Run content audit.
  4. Review the checks and suggested next steps.
  5. Use Report history → Download report to export the saved JSON report.

The content-readiness score is calculated from synced content. It is not a Rank Math score, a traffic measurement, or a guarantee of Google rankings.

Step 7 — Create and review a draft

  1. Open Content studio and select your project.
  2. Choose a Page or product.
  3. Optionally add an Editorial brief, for example: “Write for first-time clients. Preserve the existing facts. Use clear Philippine English.” Do not include private customer data or secrets.
  4. Click Draft with AI for an AI-generated SEO title, meta description, and body draft. AI generation must be enabled by the platform operator.
  5. Or click Suggest metadata for rule-based suggestions without an NVIDIA call.
  6. Wait while the button says Generating….
  7. In Review queue, check the facts and edit the SEO title and meta description.
  8. Expand Read AI body draft to read it, or choose Download draft text.
  9. Click Approve metadata only when you are satisfied. Reject declines the suggestion.

Screenshot: a successfully generated AI draft in the live review queue. Approving metadata does not automatically publish the body draft.

Step 8 — Apply approved metadata in WordPress

  1. Return to WordPress → Tools → GT SEO Connector and refresh the page.
  2. Under Approved metadata, find the approved page and review its title and description.
  3. Click Apply this approved metadata.
  4. Read the result notice. With Rank Math active, the connector updates Rank Math’s SEO title and description fields.
  5. Click Sync published content again to refresh the content held in SEO Studio.
  6. Check the page’s SEO fields in WordPress. Allow for any site cache when checking the public page.

The connector backs up the previous metadata before applying the change. It does not overwrite page body content or manually set SEO scores. AI body text must be reviewed and inserted manually in the WordPress editor if you choose to use it.

Frequently asked questions

What does GT SEO Connector do?

It links a WordPress website to a project in GT SEO Studio, sends published content for analysis, and lets an administrator explicitly apply approved SEO titles and descriptions back in WordPress.

Where do I download it?

Use the plugin ZIP linked at the top of this guide. Install that ZIP through WordPress’s Upload Plugin screen. Do not upload the Node.js platform ZIP as a WordPress plugin.

I cannot find GT SEO Connector in the dashboard. What should I check?

Open Plugins → Installed Plugins, search for GT SEO Studio Connector, and confirm it is active. Then look under the WordPress Tools menu, not Rank Math’s menu. You need an account with the manage_options capability, normally an administrator. Expand the dashboard menu if you are on mobile.

Can I connect more than one website?

Yes, within your workspace allowance. Create one project per website and use that project’s own connector key. Do not reuse another website’s key.

I lost the key. Can I view it again?

SEO Studio displays the raw key only when it is created. Use Connected sites → New key for that project, then update the WordPress connection. Generating a new key invalidates the previous key.

Do I need to enter NVIDIA or PayPal keys in WordPress?

No. WordPress needs only the platform address and project connector key. AI and payment credentials belong in the SEO Studio server environment.

Does syncing publish changes?

No. Sync imports content into SEO Studio. Publishing metadata requires review, approval in SEO Studio, and a separate Apply this approved metadata action in WordPress.

Does it work with Rank Math?

Yes. It reads Rank Math SEO title and description values when present and writes approved metadata to Rank Math’s fields. It does not replace Rank Math or change its score directly. Without Rank Math or Yoast, the plugin can output its own metadata. This release does not apply changes to a Yoast-only installation.

Does it sync jobs, freelancers, employers, or projects?

This release syncs only the post, page, and product post types. Job listings, freelancer profiles, employer profiles, and other custom post types are not imported automatically. A page that contains a listing shortcode may sync as a page; that does not import its individual listings.

Does it sync automatically?

No automatic schedule is configured in this release. Click Sync published content after editing content or applying metadata.

How many records can one sync send?

Up to 1,000 published records per run, in batches of 50. Sites with more than 1,000 eligible records need a connector upgrade for complete coverage. Repeating sync currently starts from the first records; it is not an incremental continuation. Removed or unpublished records are not automatically removed from the existing platform copy by this release.

Why do I see “Site URL does not match the paired project”?

Check the project address against WordPress’s actual public home URL, including HTTPS, www versus non-www, and any subfolder. Pair the matching project; do not substitute the admin URL.

Why do I see “Pair a platform address and connector key first” or “Invalid connector key”?

Save the correct platform address and the project’s current key, then sync. If the key was rotated, update WordPress. A stored key can also become unreadable if WordPress authentication salts change; pair again in that case.

Why is the project Synced but some content is missing?

Check that the content is published and uses a supported post type. Also check the 1,000-record limit. Stored page-builder markup, shortcode output, and search results do not necessarily match a rendered-page crawl.

What if AI generation fails?

Read the persistent error. HTTP 401 means NVIDIA rejected the key; 403 indicates access was denied; 429 indicates a rate or quota limit; 5xx indicates a provider server failure. Ask the platform operator to check the NVIDIA account and server settings. Do not send API keys to support. Suggest metadata can work without NVIDIA. Failed generation attempts no longer consume the app’s AI allowance in the updated platform.

How do I restore previous metadata?

In WordPress’s connector screen, use Restore a metadata backup with the post ID and draft ID associated with the applied change, then sync again. Preserve these identifiers when managing applied drafts. If you cannot find them in your current UI, ask the site administrator for help; do not guess IDs.

How do I disconnect safely?

Click Remove local connection in WordPress, then rotate that project’s key in SEO Studio to invalidate the old key remotely. Removing the local connection alone does not revoke a copied key. Disconnecting does not delete existing synced documents from the platform.

What should I send when asking for help?

Send the exact error, your website URL, the step that failed, plugin version, and a screenshot with keys and personal information hidden. Never share passwords, raw connector keys, or NVIDIA/PayPal API secrets.

How to use Indexing & URL Monitor

Use this tool to check public URLs on a connected website, identify technical blockers, and inspect Google’s stored index information. Open Indexing & URL Monitor.

1. Choose your website

Sign in, open Indexing & URL Monitor in the sidebar, and select your website in Project. Add a project under Connected sites first if needed. Campaign URLs must belong to that project’s origin, including the same HTTPS and www address. Only enter public URLs; exclude private pages, passwords, access tokens, and customer data.

2. Connect Google Search Console

  1. Verify the website in Google Search Console using the Google account you will connect.
  2. Click Connect Google Search Console and authorize read-only access.
  3. Under Website settings → Verified Search Console property, select the property covering this project, such as sc-domain:example.com or https://example.com/.
  4. Click Save website settings. Repeat the property selection for each project.

The WordPress connector key and Google authorization serve different purposes. A synced WordPress project does not automatically authorize Google. You can run technical checks without connecting Google, but its index status stays Unknown.

3. Create and import a campaign

  1. Enter a descriptive Campaign name.
  2. Choose an import method: paste one URL per line; use Import CSV or text file with a URL column; click Use synced content; or enter an individual XML URL sitemap and click Import sitemap.
  3. Review the imported URLs. For a sitemap index, open it and choose an individual page, post, or product sitemap. Split large lists into campaigns within your plan limits.
  4. Optionally select Recheck once after 48 hours. Email completion is available only when email delivery is configured.
  5. Click Start URL checks. Checks run in the background; use Campaign history to return to the report.

Free allows 50 URLs per campaign and 100 URL checks per day. Pro allows 500 URLs per campaign and 2,000 checks per day. Rechecks use the same daily allowance; Google also enforces its own API quotas.

4. Read the results correctly

5. Recheck and export

After correcting a page, click Recheck URLs in its campaign. A fresh technical result does not mean Google has already recrawled the change. Click Download CSV to export the current results. The optional 48-hour setting schedules one follow-up check, not continuous monitoring; daily quota limits can delay it. Campaign history retains the latest results, so export reports you want to preserve before another recheck.

6. Optional: submit to IndexNow

  1. Create a public key of 8–128 letters, digits, or hyphens. Put it in a UTF-8 text file containing only that key on the same website.
  2. Open Website settings → IndexNow ownership key, enter the key and its full public file URL, then save. The file must return HTTP 200 without redirecting.
  3. Run your URL checks, then click Submit eligible URLs to IndexNow and confirm. Only eligible checked URLs are submitted.
  4. Read the campaign’s submission receipt. HTTP 200 indicates acceptance; HTTP 202 indicates receipt pending key validation. Neither guarantees indexing.

IndexNow notifies participating search engines. It does not submit ordinary pages through Google’s restricted Indexing API, force Google indexing, or guarantee rankings.

Indexing & URL Monitor FAQs

Why does Google say access is blocked or the app is being tested?

The platform operator must add your Google account under Google Cloud → Google Auth Platform → Audience → Test users while the OAuth app is in Testing. Use that exact account to reconnect. General customer access requires the operator to complete the applicable Google production and verification requirements.

Why is Google connected but my property list fails with HTTP 403?

The operator should enable Google Search Console API in the same Google Cloud project that contains the OAuth client. Confirm that you granted read-only Search Console access and that your Google account can access the property. Refresh SEO Studio after configuration changes.

Why is my website absent from the property list?

Confirm the website is verified or shared with the Google account you connected. Check http versus https and www versus non-www. A property must cover the project URL. SEO Studio’s domain verification alone does not verify every customer website.

Why does the Connect Google button say configuration is pending?

The platform operator must configure GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID and GOOGLE_CLIENT_SECRET, enable the Search Console API, and register https://seo.gabbystech.com/api/indexing/google/callback as the OAuth web client’s authorized redirect URI. Customers should never send secrets in chat or put them in the WordPress connector.

What does redirect_uri_mismatch mean?

The OAuth client’s authorized redirect URI must exactly match the callback address above, including HTTPS, path, and no extra trailing slash.

Why did authorization stop working?

Access can be revoked or expire, including during OAuth testing. Use the Google connection controls to reconnect and approve the requested read-only permission. Disconnect Google revokes this app’s saved authorization; it does not delete your Search Console property.

Why does a URL show HTTP 403, noindex, or robots blocked?

Check your website’s security rules, public response, robots.txt, and page-level indexing settings. A technical HTTP 403 comes from the website and differs from a Google API permission error. Review redirects and canonical destinations as well. Fix the website, then recheck.

Why is a page Unknown even though technical checks pass?

Select and save the matching Search Console property, then recheck the campaign. Google may return no definitive verdict or an API error. Unknown is never counted as Indexed.

Can this tool guarantee indexing or change my website?

No. The monitor reads public responses and Google’s stored index information. It does not edit your pages or guarantee indexing, traffic, or rankings. IndexNow submission is a separate action you explicitly confirm.

Why is the email checkbox unavailable?

Email delivery is not configured for this platform. Review campaign progress and CSV reports in the dashboard.

What should I include in a support request?

Include the project URL, campaign name, exact error, check time, and a screenshot with personal information hidden. Never share passwords, API secrets, Google tokens, or private connector keys.

Quick completion checklist

Screenshots are captured examples from the actual application; the dashboard image is explicitly a local demonstration. This guide contains no real connector keys. Use your own website and project details.
